Step by Step
Our Interior Deep Clean Process
Every interior detail follows a top-down, systematic process so no surface is missed and nothing gets re-contaminated during the clean.
Remove & Pre-Treat
All floor mats and removable items are taken out. Stains on carpets and seats are pre-treated with appropriate cleaners to loosen and break down the soiling before the main clean.
Deep Vacuum
Every surface is vacuumed thoroughly — seats, carpets, trunk, door pockets, under seats, and every crevice. We use detail brushes to loosen debris from vents and seams before vacuuming.
Steam Cleaning
High-temperature steam penetrates and sanitizes every hard surface — dashboard, console, door panels, cup holders, and vents — killing bacteria and loosening grime without harsh chemicals.
Extraction & Shampooing
Carpets and fabric seats are hot-water extracted, pulling out embedded dirt and stains from deep within the fibers. Floor mats are shampooed and scrubbed separately.
Leather Care
Leather seats and surfaces are cleaned with pH-balanced leather cleaners, then conditioned to restore suppleness and prevent cracking. A UV protectant is applied to preserve color.
Dress, Protect & Deodorize
All plastic and rubber surfaces receive a low-sheen UV dressing. Interior glass is cleaned streak-free. A final deodorizer is applied to eliminate any remaining odors and leave a clean, fresh scent.
Professional Techniques
Techniques That Make the Difference
Steam Cleaning
High-temperature steam (up to 250°F) penetrates and sanitizes surfaces that chemicals alone can't reach. Steam kills 99.9% of bacteria, viruses, and allergens without leaving chemical residue. It's the safest, most effective way to deep-clean your vehicle's hard surfaces — perfect for households with children or anyone with allergies.
Leather Conditioning
Leather dries out, cracks, and fades over time — especially in the Texas heat. We use pH-balanced leather cleaners to remove dirt and oils without stripping natural moisture, then apply a professional conditioner that penetrates the leather fibers. The result is soft, supple leather that resists cracking and looks rich and deep.
Carpet Extraction
Hot water extraction injects hot water and detergent deep into carpet fibers and then extracts it all — along with the dirt, oils, and stains that have worked their way in over time. This is the same technology used in professional carpet cleaning, and it gets results that vacuuming simply cannot.
Odor Elimination
We don't mask odors — we eliminate them. Pet odors, smoke, food smells, and mildew are treated at the source through steam sanitation, extraction, and an enzyme-based deodorizer that breaks down the odor-causing molecules rather than covering them up with fragrance.
FAQ
Interior Detailing Questions
A standard interior detail takes 2–4 hours depending on the size of the vehicle and its condition. Heavily soiled interiors with significant staining, pet hair, or odor issues will take longer as we give each problem area the time it deserves. We never rush — the goal is a properly clean vehicle, not a quick pass-through.
Yes — pet hair removal and odor elimination are two of the most common reasons clients book an interior detail. We use specialized pet hair removal tools, a thorough vacuum and steam process, and enzyme-based odor eliminators to tackle both. Severe pet odor embedded in the carpet padding may require an add-on ozone treatment for complete elimination.
Absolutely. We use only pH-neutral, leather-safe cleaners specifically formulated for automotive leather. We test products on an inconspicuous area first and always follow up with a high-quality conditioner to restore moisture. We never use all-purpose cleaners or harsh chemicals on leather. Your seats will be cleaner and softer after the service than they were before.
Carpets and extracted fabric seats are damp but not soaking wet after extraction — we extract as much water as possible during the process. In the Texas heat, they dry fully within 2–4 hours with windows slightly cracked. We recommend leaving a window cracked or parking in a sunny area to speed up drying. The vehicle is perfectly safe to drive immediately after service.
Cigarette smoke is one of the most challenging odors to fully eliminate because it penetrates deep into headliners, carpets, and ventilation systems. Our steam and extraction process significantly reduces smoke odor. For severe smoke cases, we recommend a combination of the interior detail plus an ozone treatment add-on, which molecularly neutralizes the odor at a much deeper level. Call us to discuss your specific situation.
